New & Returning Visual Art Students, We are excited to welcome you to Chalmers Hall at the University of Kansas! Please mark your calendars for our Visual Art Sunday Funday welcome party on August 23, 11:30-2:30pm. We will have a scavenger hunt to help you find your classes, faculty to show you around, demos and activities in our studios and labs, pizza, prizes, and yes, a Photo Booth station! (New ID headshots, anyone?) SUNDAY AUGUST 23 11:30 am onward — pick up your passport in the Visual Art Office and Boarding Lounge, Chalmers 300. Explore the building and collect stamps as you go. 1:30 pm — all stamped passports are due back in Chalmers 300 to enter the raffle. Enjoy pizza and refreshments in the lounge. 2:00 pm — Raffle drawing! Prizes include: Wonderfair gift cards, Common Shop gift cards, Visual Art swag, and more!
