Join the League of Women Voters of Sioux City for an afternoon of connection, conversation, and civic engagement! Whether you’re already a League member or simply interested in learning more, this event is a great opportunity to meet others who are passionate about strengthening our community and discover how you can get involved with the League of Women Voters of Sioux City. We’ll also hear from Common Good Iowa, who will provide an overview of the Iowa constitutional amendment that will appear on the November ballot. You’ll leave with a better understanding of the amendment and feel informed and empowered as you head to the polls this fall. Everyone is welcome! Bring a friend, ask questions, meet fellow community members, and learn how we can work together to protect and strengthen our democracy. We look forward to seeing you there!
