Certified Sound Facilitator & Reiki Master Debbie LaCroix will take you through a meditation and Sound Journey focused on self-love\, relaxation\, and aligning our energy.\nExperience gongs\, metal bowls\, chimes\, bells\, drums and frequency to help your body and spirit relax and open you up to the next level of insight and clarity.\nSound Baths create an immersive sound experience that fills the room and the body\, helping you to relax and let go of stress\, anxiety\, or other worries and concerns. People report feeling deeply relaxed after sound baths\, which may have health benefits.\nWhat to Bring:\n~ a yoga mat or zero gravity chair\n~ blanket\n~ pillow and anything else you need to help you relax\n~ eye mask if prefer completely dark (we do have some for sale)\n~ Wear comfortable clothing.\nWe do have mats you can borrow.\n**limited number of zero gravity chairs are available for $8\nNo experience necessary.\nIf you are pregnant or prone to seizures\, please reach out beforehand to see if this is a good fit.\nTo register: www.expansion-center.net/workshops\nLocated at The Expansion Center in downtown Sioux City.\nDoors open at 5:40 pm\nStarts at 6 pm.
