This pavilion is located within an 80 acre park, overlooking the lagoon and golf course. The facility is available year round and is equipped with air conditioning and heat. This pavilion is located within an 80 acre park, overlooking the lagoon and golf course. The facility is available year round and is equipped with air conditioning and heat. The meeting room measures 30 x 40 feet and includes a fireplace. The kitchen area has a refrigerator, a small warming stove and sink. Restrooms are located on the main level. Tables and chairs are provided. The building is handicapped accessible. The park caretaker will open the pavilion 30 minutes prior to your rental time and will return at the end of your gathering to lock up the building. There is a 30 minute clean up time allotted after your scheduled rental time. Pavilion Hours: Available 7:00am - 11:00pm (all pavilions are available for rental year-round with the exception of Elmwood Pavilion)
