Service 101 is an orientation to volunteering hosted by the KU Center for Service Learning. All undergraduate and graduate students are welcome-- Learn before you serve! Define service learning, learn about all the different ways you can work towards social change, engage in reflection to promote overall growth, meet new people who are also passionate about service, and make a plan to complete your undergraduate Certificate in Service Learning! Service 101 is a requirement for anyone pursuing their Certificate in Service Learning, but students not pursuing the certificate are also encouraged to participate.
