Delete Your Fill The Night Account

Delete in the mobile app

Sign in to Fill The Night, open Account or Profile, select Delete account, and follow the confirmation prompt. This permanently disables your account and cannot be undone.

Request deletion by email

If you cannot access your account or the app, email support@fillthenight.com to request deletion. We may need to verify that the account belongs to you before processing your request.

What happens to your data

Deletion removes your sign-in access and associated personal account data, including your profile, saved events, preferences, and app tokens. The remaining account record is anonymized so it can no longer be used to sign in. Shared event and venue records may remain for other users and ongoing platform operations, with your ownership links and contact details removed. Artist profiles may remain inactive with their mobile phone number removed.

Some records may be retained where necessary for legal compliance, security, fraud prevention, or dispute resolution, as described in our Privacy Policy.
